Building Internal
Capabilities III

Building Internal Capabilities III capitalises on the value of all employees by helping to extend the theories of the Building Internal Capabilities I Seminar throughout the entire organisation. Employees learn about what it means to be a part of an operational team and about developing personal standards of performance. Participants work in teams to study issues that include practicing critique, gathering information, expressing opinions, making decisions, and resolving conflict.

When everyone in an organisation speaks the same language and has a practical understanding of the differences between sound and unsound behavior, an organisation creates the opportunity to bring about lasting behavioural change.
